(OTC:TIET.PK) today launched its new website www.tietechnologies.com as the first element of its joint venture with PHXX, a leading business technology solutions provider. The announcement was made by TIE Technologies CEO Edward C. Andercheck, who said, "The PHXX team brings remarkable innovation and experience to help TIE develop e-commerce capabilities for both our mobile and interactive entertainment portal consumer platforms."
