Lake Mary, FL (October 1, 2008) – PHXX, LLC  (www.phxx.com) announced today that Janine Cabaj, a long standing member of the Board of Advisors, was appointed as President of the company.

Ms. Cabaj spent 13 years in business software and process consulting in Miami and Orlando, specializing in accounting and distribution systems. Most recently she spent 5 years as the CFO of Ortheon Medical, LLC, a medical device research and manufacturing company based in Orlando. Currently Ms. Cabaj provides CFO and consulting services for businesses in a variety of industries throughout the US. Ms. Cabaj holds a BA in Business Administration from Methodist College and an MBA from the University of Central Florida.

Ms. Cabaj joined the PHXX, LLC Board of Advisors in 2006.  She has since then provided invaluable counsel and advice to Mr. Steve Sack and Mr. Shane Robinett, the managing partners of PHXX, LLC.

Ms. Cabaj’s appointment to President will increase her role in helping to secure additional sales and contracts to the company.  She will also be integral in marketing and raising capital as the company continues to grow.
