Janine Cabaj – President

Janine spent 13 years in business software and process consulting in Miami and Orlando, specializing in accounting and distribution systems. Most recently she spent 5 years as the CFO of Ortheon Medical, LLC, a medical device research and manufacturing company based in Orlando. Currently Janine provides CFO and consulting services for businesses in a variety of industries throughout the US. Janine holds a BA in Business Administration from Methodist College and an MBA from the University of Central Florida.

Steven Sack – Vice President, Managing Partner

With 15 years of leadership and Operations experience, he is responsible for development and implementation of the Company's overall strategies and operations. His corporate experience includes establishing strategic partnerships and alliances with key technology and marketing partners, working in the areas of intelligence, information security and financial MIS systems, and managing teams of technologists within those areas. Steven has most recently held a key leadership position in the corporate IT and Network Operations component of a software development enterprise. His previous experience includes a 7 year career in the United States Navy's Intelligence component.

Shane Robinett – Vice President, Managing Partner

Shane has 13 years of experience in software development and product management. His role includes design and management of the numerous software and internet products under PHXX’s management. His duties include continued analytical development of the multitude of consumer properties developed by PHXX. His most recent activities include the development and support of real-time transactional solutions for client banks at Fair Isaac/London Bridge. Shane has a broad background in business and sales having worked in the food industry, the PC gaming industry, and most recently, in the advertising business.

BOARD OF ADVISORS

Donald Mitchell, Chairman of the Board

Mr. Mitchell has more than 35 years of diversified leadership experience with major U.S. corporations, both domestically and internationally. His principle areas of expertise are in Finance, International Business Development, Business Organization and Development, and Sales. He has served as a Board Member of both major companies and emerging companies. Mr. Mitchell began his business career with Parke, Davis & Company where he conducted field research and assisted in developing domestic and international sales. As Vice-President of the Columbia Broadcasting Company (CBS), he directed federal programs for the CBS Educational Group, covering all Washington, D.C. governmental agencies, and interfacing with agencies for the 50 states. In this capacity Mr. Mitchell also handled international sales and development of federal markets involving the CBS education group. Beginning in 1968, Mr. Mitchell developed a specialty in the financial areas of bank line financing and capitalization for small and mid-range companies. He has developed and managed small IPOs and Private Placement Investment vehicles. He has consulted in international import-export and government relations for small and large corporations. Through his efforts in this area, Mr. Mitchell has generated millions in sales for various companies, and has developed start-up and marketing strategies for both domestic and international clients. His expertise ranges from the design and development of comprehensive business strategies for corporate implementation, structuring capitalization strategies and implementing those strategies to the organization and implementation of a merger and acquisition strategy for outside growth to complement the organic growth of a corporation.

Paul Burton, Board of Directors

Mr. Burton has more than 20 years experience in the software industry, both domestically and internationally. He has held senior technology and software product management roles in several leading software companies, exposing him not only to all aspects of the software development lifecycle and a vast range of new and established technologies, processes and concepts, but also to the commercial realities of the business. His expertise in software product strategy and organization is an invaluable asset to our advisory team. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Sheffield in the UK and currently owns and operates his own small business in Florida.

Bob Polumbo, Board of Directors

Mr. Polumbo has over 20 years of diverse business experience. He graduated with a Bachelors degree in accounting from Bryant University and began his career working in commercial banking. During that time he dealt with companies spanning a wide array of industries which ranged in size from start-ups to multibillion dollar entities. Customer needs varied in complexity from asset based revolving credit lines to acquisition financing and workouts. He has also worked in private industry and has served as treasurer for several not-for-profit organizations. As a CFO his experience centered on government contracting, high technology engineering services, security services and products, technology training and equipment sales. Mr. Polumbo received his MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
